My Story
For years, I’ve worked in strength and conditioning and physical therapy, helping people from all walks of life.
And through that experience, I’ve noticed one simple truth: it doesn’t matter whether you’re an Olympic athlete or a single parent — at some point, every individual has to take the reins of their own health, fitness, and performance.
Knowledge is power. The more you understand your own body, training, and recovery, the more capable you become of building the best version of yourself. The challenge? Everywhere you look, there’s conflicting advice, overcomplicated trends, and flat-out contradictions. It’s no wonder so many people feel overwhelmed or defeated.
That’s why my goal here is simplicity. If you’re looking for trendy hacks or flashy fads, this isn’t the place. But if you want honest, nuanced, and actionable advice you can actually use, you’re in the right spot.
